He was a Partner of Itaú Unibanco, CEO of Itaú Asset responsible for implementing the new “Multidesk” model, and led the Fund of Funds area in Brazil and abroad, having actively participated in the development of the independent assets industry in Brazil. Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from ITA and Harvard Business School alumni. CAIA charterholder.
He was a portfolio manager at Itaú Asset for more than 8 years, being responsible for the Long Short strategy of Itaú Hedge Plus, and also portfolio manager of Itaú LS Plus fund. Previously, Caldas was the portfolio manager responsible for Credit Suisse LS Premium fund and has also worked for Copernico Capital Partners, Ambev and Banco Garantia. Bachelor’s degree in computer science from UFRGS, with an MBA from MIT. CFA charterholder.
He was founding partner and co-responsible for Vintage Investimentos macro strategy for 7 years, being the sole responsible since Jun/20. Previously, Rodrigo was managing partner responsible for Polo Macro fund, founding partner at Mauá Investimentos in 2005, director of Credit Suisse/Garantia for 10 years, and portfolio manager at Bankers Trust. Bachelor’s degree in economics from UFRJ.
He was a partner and member of the Investment Committee of SPS Capital, asset manager specialized in Special Situations. Previously, he was Partner and Director of BR Partners since its foundation, where for 10 years he led M&A and capital market transactions, in addition of also being CFO of Sequoia Logística (SEQL3). Moreover, Eduardo has worked at Citigroup Investment Banking.

Besides being an angel investor in startups, he was also CEO and one of the creators of Instituto Sonho Grande, co-founder of Mira, (edtech), COO and VP of integration of Kroton, and consultant at Mckinsey. Bachelor’s degreee in engineering from ITA, with an MBA from Kellogg, OPM from Harvard Business School and a postgraduate degree in neuroscience and education from Johns Hopkins University.
He was director of risk and compliance at Miles Capital, where he structured the operations and risk/compliance areas. Otávio has also worked as risk manager at Bozano Investimentos and MVP Capital.

He was head of Central Counterparty Risk at B3, CRO of J.P. Morgan Private Banking Brasil, VP at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and head of risk at Kinea Investimentos, BW Investimentos, and has also worked for Itaú Asset and Unibanco.
